- Answer I’ve had a plastic pop socket that worked but the aluminum version does not. You can always take the pop socket off with its click off mechanism for wireless charging.

QuestionMy Iphone 11 was working perfectly on it when I brought it home and plugged it in, but when I brought it to work and plugged it into a different outlet, it would not charge at all, I tried in three different outlets around my cubicle and none of them work

- Answer Check the connection with the adapter and try again. Take it back home and try again. If that fails, try a different adapter. If that fails take it back to the store.
