Yes (but): There are recessed pull areas of the doors (at bottom left of fridge and top left of freezer). For the freezer door, this works great to open it. For the fridge, not so much: The seal is too strong and the door too heavy when loaded with food. I find it far easier to stick my (clean) fingertips and thumb in the left side doorseal and pry the seal apart. This typically will pop the door open pretty gently and easily.
