“What is the quick cool function, and can I leave it on that setting? It is the only setting that consistently keeps my fridge under 40F or do I have a faulty one and instead should I try to exchange for another?”

I left all the settings as is. What ever settings it came with and as advised by Best Buy not to change it I just left it the way it came and so far everything is running good up to now.
