Unfortunately, if the Android device has cellular service like 4G, typically, the carrier is the one that pushes updates. In the case of this tablet which doesn't have a cellular antennae, you would need to contact Insignia and inquire if they will be providing an update from Android 7.0 to 8.0 (Oreo).
