There is no where in settings to do a complete restore .... You need to call tech services and they walk you from some bizarre reset procedure of holding down the volume and power buttons for one minute, which is then followed by further instructions -- none of which is covered in a USER MANUAL that does not exist ! ! !

You should be able to go into your settings to restore it or remove all of your information.
