“I purchased but it does not seem to work with my son’s Nintendo switch...the audio comes through the headphones but the microphone does not work. Has anyone had a similar experience or is there something else we can try to get the mic to work?”

• Not far in enough or wrong size. Try triming the leading edge of rubber coating for deeper insertion.
