- Answer Even on it's quietest setting this fan is very loud. I cannot even use it in my home office. Unfortunately I missed the very short return period so I am stuck with it.

QuestionBrian of Insignia says that this fan does tilt. Other reviews say it doesn't, and still others say it tilts slightly. Could Brian please me much more specific? I want a fan that can tilt up fairly significantly.

- Answer It can tilt, but not extreme angles. Say if it’s on the floor it can tilt up towards a person on a couch, but not upwards to person at a table height.
