“This freezer is advertised as frost-free but the manual suggests defrosting when the interior walls have .12 to .20 inches of frost. That is confusing since this is supposed to be a frost free freezer. Has anyone had issues with frost build-up?”

in the 3 months ours has been in operation there has been no frost build up. now that could be a different story during the warmer months - i do not know this as yet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont know if its frost free or manual. I knowI was purchasing a frost free and if its not, I will seek to return. I was disappointed to find that there was no lock /key for the freezer. Has the freezer been opened a lot , not that that should matter. I am interested in knowing what would cause the frost to accumulate or if maybe your freezer is defective. Now Im concerned. Did anyone get a booklet/flyer with the freezer, I didnt or maybe I did and felt it wasnt much info. You stated a manuel , I didnt receive a manual ! Questions have been raised even more
