• Unfortunately, it does not have wheels at the bottom.... It is the only drawback we know at this time.... We have had it less than 2 weeks

• Yes, it has wheels on the back two corners and leveling feet on the front two corners. When empty, it is very easy to move or rotate.

• Yes, of course, and it is easy to move. Wheels are on the bottom back and adjustable leveling feet on the bottom front.
