Hi, I have NOT bought a shelf for this freezer, but our Grandkids broke a glass shelf in our Samsung refrigerator, and I searched all over. I found it at www.appliancepartspros.com They carry almost every part for appliances. The price was fair and we got the exact shelf that looked and fit like original equipment. The price wasn't dirt cheap but I paid a lot less than I thought I might have to pay for the perfect part and many times cheaper than having a repairman come out. They ship the part to you. If the part is in stock, you get it in days. The part I ordered was out of stock, but I still got it in a few weeks. All you need is the brand name and model number of your appliance. They have on-line part diagrams that you can use to find the part. You can check it out on line with no commitment. It is worth a try. I hope this helps. Frank
