• Normally there is a charge to haul away an old appliance. If your old freezer is still working correctly, some utility companies offer rebates and will come take away your old working appliance for free. Check with your local utility company to see if they offer this.

• I believe they do. I didnt have one that needed to be hauled away. Best to call and ask them.
