Can the door hinges be moved so it’s open to the left ? null

Yes, I did that for this beverage cooler since I needed mine to swing to the left as well. You'll have to take out several screws and adjust that hardware slightly but you should be able to figure it out. It took me about 15 minutes.

Yes, it is reversible. The door cutout/handle are on both top edges and the other unused side has hinge holes that have small rubber caps on the top.
