“I have my refrigerator set at 34 degrees and my my bluetooth, calibrated thermometer says that the temp cycles from 37 to 42 degrees averaging 39.5 degrees. What can I do to solve this problem? This is the replacement refrigerator.”

I have the same problem, with a unit I bought in January 2021. My fan doesn’t work. I have 5 thermometers inside my fridge at various places and it varies from 32 to 45. I am going to exchange to see if I can get one with a working fan. I am almost certain a lot of people received units with a fan that didn’t function. The whole reason to get a beverage cooler as opposed to a mini fridge, is the fan and consistent temp. This means the fan should be circulating the air on a regular basis, as cold air sinks.

It is not capable of maintaining more than about -30 to -40 degree F differential from ambient. What is the heat load when you measured this? What was put in the refrigerator at the same time as the thermometer? How often was the door opened? Is the unit level? Does the door seal close properly around the entire perimeter? Hopefully something here helps point you in the direction of a solution.
