• Same happened to me... Did you ever end up getting this fixed? Insignia AND Best Buy are giving me the run around and it's infuriating.

• I tried Amazon they don't have it. I will make sure I give Insigna a bad review on this. My freezer is still under the 1 year manufacture waranty but they want me to load a 14.0 cu. ft freezer into a truck to a service center to get the led light replaced
