- A:Answer Theoretically, yes. The capability of outputting 140W indicates it supports USB-C PD 3.1, since 3.0 tops out at 100W. I can confirm it does output 140W for a MacBook Pro.

- A:Answer Yes, however iPhones to be safe will limit the wattage to around 15-30 watts, which is still pretty fast.

- A:Answer No, Dell only allows non 3rd party chargers to work with their machines. You'd only be able to charge about 85 watts compared to the regular 130 you'd get out of the OEM charger.

- A:Answer Yes, this should charge your Legion. However not at full power, so if you plan on gaming, you will lose battery while plugged in. But if you're just charging it and web browsing it should charge just fine.
