Can I put the cable outside the house? null

I don't recommend unless you enclose in some kind of conduit.

I would never recommend having an exposed Ethernet wire outside, or too much inside for that matter. The reason being, they are very much susceptible to weather damage, not to mention critters that are curious and chew on it. All of this will absolutely destroy your connection. Good practice to have the wires as protected as you can inside and 100% protected from the elements/critters outside.

This cable is used primarily within the house. If I were to put any cable outside I would look into shielded cables.
