“When the battery is dead and you are charging it to get back to full power, are the lights supposed to flash on and off in lights 1 and 2?”

• When it flashes like that it is letting you know it’s building up its charge. Then it will gradually start flashing on the third position and then the fourth. The lights will be solid in all four zones after the device is fully charged.
