“Motorola droid turbo doesn't recognize the power pack when it is plugged in. Pack is new and fully charged and cable is working. Any ideas ?”

• Motorola has some certain requirements on the tirbo... but might have some FAQS via their forum in how to change something in the settings so that it does. Sometimes without recognizing the source it will still charge at some pace

• I had the same issue. It didn't work with the cable that came with it. Try with another cable.
