SIMPLY PLUG INTO ANY USB, ON YOUR LAPTOP OR A USB CHARGER PORT ON THE PLUG. IT WILL TURN ON THE LEDS. 

THERE ARE DIFFERENT COLORS AND DIFFERENT INTESITY CONTROL.

ALSO IF YOU WANT TO MOUNT IT SOMEWHERE, YOU WILL NEED A USB SOURCE NEAR BY.

Plug it in to basically any usb port you can find. On your pc, back of tv, a usb wall adapter, any of these should work just fine

There should be a USB plug on the end of the light strip. This plug can then be inserted into any functioning USB port that provides enough amperage to support the power need to run the lights. This shouldnt be hard to find since the light strip does not require a bunch of power. If you are like me and you are using the light strip to light up the back of a tv, then I believe most flat screen tvs nowadays have USB ports somewhere located on them. This should be a sufficient place to plug in the light strip. If the tv's power from the USB port does not provide enough power, then simply buying a powered USB hub should do the trick and it will be able to provide additional power to power up the lights.

There’s a USB port on any new TV,but it only works when the tv is on. Well at least that’s how it works on my tv. I plugged it directly into a wall outlet with any type usb charger at it works weather the tv is on or not.
