“I am installing in a standard open kitchen cabinet that is 23-5/8” deep from inside to outside. Going to install a electrical outlet on the backside of cabinet that will protrude about 1-1/4”. Is there room or a better location in the back of the fridge?”

Assuming you want to have the fridge flush with the front of the cabinet (door would stick out so it will hinge properly) you will have 1 1/2 inches of space assuming the back of your cabinet is 1/2" thick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We drilled a 1-1/2” hole in the lower right hand cabinet & installed the plug. This made the refrigerator set back a bit farther but still with ample room for ventilation.
