“The Freezer/Refrigerator was delivered today and I found the door is difficult to open due to strong magnetic door seal especially when the freezer inside is very cold. Opening the door may move the whole freezer out of position. Any plan to fix?”

Yes, we have also had this issue. It apparently does not like to be closed, then opened quickly. It usually eases after a minute or so. We bought 2 of these units stationed next to each other in our garage. One functions as a freezer, the other as a refrigerator. The refrigerator one does not have the same opening issue as the freezer one. Maybe the cold creates a suction for the seals that are supposedly designed for garage use.
