“The gasket on the door doesn't completely align with the freezer even though the freezer is level. When I put a flashlight inside I can see a some of the light coming out of the top left corner by the handle. How can I fix this?”

• Hello Kate, To level your freezer, rotate the leveling feet clockwise (to raise) the freezer or counter-clockwise (to lower). Note: Have someone push against the top of the freezer to help take some weight off the leveling foot, making it easier to adjust. Insignia Support, Merjorie www.insigniaproducts.com/support
