• Mine does the same thing. Have to use both hands to open - one to stabilize and one to pull door open. Inconvenient. Don’t think there is a way to mount since owners manual says unit must be 3.9 inches from the back wall.

• Don't have that issue - does it happen only after you've opened it and try opening quickly after? That's the only time there is that much 'suction' that creates issue to open...

• You can tighten the hex screws for the handle. The door is hard to open, this is normal. Just hold and pull the handle to open the door.
