“This unit runs more than not. Left side is warm to the touch very often throughout the day and night. It also has a 'groaning' sound while running. Noise is loud enough to keep me up at night. Any of this normal?”

I would have to say that the groaning sound may be normal since I currently have the same problem. I am now waiting for a service repair which has just been changed from 12/26/19 to 2/6/20
