Not normal. Adjustment depends on where you see the interior light shining through. Check to ensure that the weather stripping around the door is intact, first. If you attempt to adjust the doors, be sure to loosen BOTH hinges when making the adjustment. Adjust the lower hinge to eliminate the gap and tighten that hinge. Close the door and check for gap. If remedied, THEN, go back and tighten the upper hinge screws. IF this process makes you uncomfortable, call the service department. Good Luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is not normal, that means the door is ajared. It will cause ice build up in the freezer part & possibly cause the motor to give out faster. Where you purchased it from or the maker has to fix the problem quickly.
