Here is what I would suggest. Make sure you have the model and serial number of your refrigerator. Then... Here on the Best Buy website type "Insignia refrigerator parts ordering" in the search bar at the top of the page and hit return to search. Then click on the Best Buy Help icon at the bottom right side of the page and start a live chat with a Best Buy agent. They should be able to help you order the part.
