I just saw your question. The upper freezer drawer would hold a rectangular object 16 1/2 inches wide x 22 7/8 inches long x 8 inches high. The volume of that drawer is a little larger than that. What I gave as the width dimension (front to back of the drawer) has a somewhat indented molded handle in the front center. On each side of this the drawer is actually 18 inches inside from front to back of the drawer.
