“Every time I pull the top drawer in the freezer out it comes off track I have to constantly lift it up and reposition the wheels. Does Anyone else have this issue?”

Same problem here the top drawer and track on this insignia freezer is a cheap product falls off track every time you pull out.to get ice who the he k wants to put blocks under there fridge in the back to level we’ve only had it about three weeks thank God we purchased a 60 day return on it so I think Best Buy‘s getting ready to come back and pick up this piece of crap.

Please try again later.Same issue here why this dumb company didn’t put back legs on this model and we keep Nothing but ice in the top drawer and the molded plastic track broke cheaply made product very concerning if Insignia doesn’t make it right I’ll never buy any of there products again. Best Buy talked us into installing a ice maker and had Geek Squad install it only days later they didn’t hook up the water line correctly and flooded my kitchen and dining and living room causing $12,000 in damage still fighting their awful insurance company Best But and the insurance provider is unprofessional and will never get my business again. Lawyer up
