Q: QuestionIs this the same as model RTM18WH7 except for color? If so, why are the dimensions slightly off? I have a space to fill that is just short for these measurements. My cabinet opening space is 31.5W, 65.50 H and 31 D. I do not want white. Suggestions?

Q: QuestionMY REFRIGERATOR IS MAKING A STRANGENOISE. SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING IS MOANING INSIDE. IT GOES ON AND OFF. NOT LOUD BE ANNOYING. THE OUTER SIDES ALSO GET HOT. I THINK IT MIGHT BE WHEN THE NOISE STARTS. THE FREEZER IS NICE AND COLD AND SO IS THE INSIDE.

• A:Answer My refrigerator made the same noise. Insignia said it's normal and is supposedly the compressor. I myself would look into returning it asap as it's extremely obnoxious and annoying, as I'm sure you've noticed. I myself returned mine, the process was fairly easy and they came out and picked it up without much hassle. Fully refunded and everything. Ten out of ten, would return again.

• A:Answer RESPONSE TO CAROLYNM ... No, it's not just you! We've had this fridge for 4 months. It seems to be getting worse. More weird noises. My advice to you would be if you are still within your return time frame, and the noise bothers you, you should have Best Buy take it back. It's not gonna get better. Like I said in my FRUSTRATED question, the complaints for this exact thing go back well over 2 years and the manufacturer has done nothing to address the issue. Customers have used different words to describe what they hear. But, although people may describe differently, it's VERY clear the problem is the same!!

• A:Answer One of my shelves were buggered up on the edges and look like it was missing a shelf in the door where one could be put and I called Best buy service guy Jack told me he would have that right to me all he had to do was order it sounded real good right jack worked at Carbondale Illinois Best buy where I bought it and coincidentally Carbondale Best buy is no longer in business so Jack never got back to me and I've always really enjoyed buying products from Best buy first time I've been treated this way but I will get in touch to a Tech to see if this can be resolved it would be nice since I bought quite a few things electronics appliances phones stereos computer laptop etc and have been pleased but I think I may have got to run around since the store was going out of business
