One of my shelves were buggered up on the edges and look like it was missing a shelf in the door where one could be put and I called Best buy service guy Jack told me he would have that right to me all he had to do was order it sounded real good right jack worked at Carbondale Illinois Best buy where I bought it and coincidentally Carbondale Best buy is no longer in business so Jack never got back to me and I've always really enjoyed buying products from Best buy first time I've been treated this way but I will get in touch to a Tech to see if this can be resolved it would be nice since I bought quite a few things electronics appliances phones stereos computer laptop etc and have been pleased but I think I may have got to run around since the store was going out of business
