A:AnswerThe answer from BB / Insignia doesn't seem right. I have the white version of this 18 cu ft upright vs stainless. On my light cover / lens there is a single small phillips head screw. You take that out and the lens cover can be slid off the lamp housing. Then you will hopefully see a small screw in LED bulb, E12 base, 3.5W. Mine just blew out today so i ordered a few E12 fridge 3W equivalents as I could not find anywhere the exact part # spec'd in the manual that came with the fridge.
A:AnswerThe one we just purchased in July does the same thing. We did have them change the side that the hinges were on. From what the store representative has told us, it is a recurring problem with this model when you need that kit (which they, as most manufacturers provide).
A:AnswerThis seems to be a very common complaint. We just bought ours in June 2021. It makes this sad little moaning noise. Clearly, the manufacturer has not resolved this issue!
A:AnswerMy noises are not loud and knocking but sound like a whining cat. I know this does not answer your question but who knows maybe we both have surprise sounds to come.
