I have that same issue and requested a repair or replacement no luck from the beginning
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Me too. A major appliance like a refrigerator should have replacement parts available, especially fragile parts like door shelves. They ALWAYS break, especially on cheap fridges like this one. No way I would ever buy another. Give me Frigidaire or KitchenAid, any way. You can always get parts for them and they don't break as easy in the first place. Honestly I am surprised there is no third party making these things. I know anybody with one of these that is over a couple of years old has had the door shelves break. They are crazy fragile.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Has anyone found a replacement yet? We're having the same issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both of mine have broken multiple times too (fridge is 2 years old). Lots of glue, gorilla tape and hopes & dreams holding them together now. Can't find replacements either. Really a shame they're not available, since it seems to be the major issue with the fridge. otherwise I do like it (for an inexpensive appliance)
