“We have had ours since Dec 2023 and has been replaced once already. Now the TEMP control knob for the refrigerator side has become disengaged from whatever makes it work inside, so the temperature can not be adjusted. Is this repairable??”

• If you have insurance they can send you a new fridge

• Your fridge comes with warranty. You need to contact Best Buy to have a technician come out
