Can I return this TV if it does not work or fit? null

Yes, I just returned mine because it did not fit my configuration. It was a nice little unit and got a good price on it, so I'm sure someone else will enjoy it.

Yes you can and if you bought it between Oct 29 to Dec 30 you have till Jan 14 for returns (Extended Holidays Returns)

Yes, look at your receipt to see how many days you have to return it.
