• Good quality picture, light weight and fits into small spaces. If I were to buy a second 19" TV, this would be the one. The price is right and so is the tv.

• You don't need a digital converter box to use this TV. It's already digital. That's why the picture quality is awful. You may have to call Comcast to get a different box. One that has an HDMI port.
