• Yes, it must have an HDMI adapter for it to work, otherwise have a converter from HDMI to VGA.

• If you have a laptop that has an HDMI port then yes if not then your answer is no

• You might be able to connect your laptop or computer to this unit with adaptors or maybe using some other technology. I would ask the manufacturer's technical support people.
