• Yes it will as long as the Roku TV has RCA audio connection, 3.5mm connection or an optical connection. Then It will work just fine.

• It works wonderfully with my ROKU TV. It doesn't work with the ROKU remote as that only can control the ROKU TV.

• The unit does NOT have an HDMI input but does offer a digital optical input which your Roku TV should have. Be advised - the unit doesn't offer a lot of volume and has limited bass response. Your TV's built in speakers might sound just as good.
