Will it work on an LG TV null

Yes, it will work on an LG tv, is is a simple external speaker, good quality and simple remote functions. It will go to sleep when left without sound being transmitted for a period of time, but with the remote, just hit the power button and you are back in action. Good quality, simple if you wish to have sound from a flat screen as their speaker internally, is weak to say the least.
