“I have tried connecting this to two different TV's using RCA cables and it will not operate. However if I connect via optical it works. Any ideas?”

• I tried and it failed went to return this item and its a 15 day return policy wont buy it again will buy my next one on Amazon better return policies

• I bought the insignia mini 2.0 today and tried hooking it up to 3 of my TV's with the RCA cable's and the optical cable but I couldn't get no sound at all. I guess I'm going to have to return this and the warranty and get my money back and something different.
