Yes, wireless with blue tooth capability. This sound bar also comes with RCA cables and has RCA, optical, and USB ports. It should work fine with a Dell computer either using blue tooth or plugging into your audio port with the RCA cable and adaptor plug which are included with the sound bar, or using a USB port connection. It does need to be plugged into an outlet for power to the sound bar.
