No, but the soundbar turns back on set to whatever input it was on when powered off. You can't just connect to it via bluetooth if it's set to AUX.

I wish the best buy sales person would have told me that before I purchased. I got home and hooked it up, hard wire, due to blue tooth causing lag in the sound. Anyway, I realized that I needed an optical plug that didn't come with the device.
