Sorry to say I also have problems with sound quality if I use this for anything but low-to-moderate volume. I reached out to Insignia's tech people, asked if there was a driver issue, or perhaps an update. They said no. I'm actually considering replacing mine altogether.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have two of these in small bedrooms so the volume is kept low. I did turn one full volume and did not experience your problem so it seems you have a defective unit. If recently purchased you should be able to return it and get another.
