“Will this soundbar work with our 39" Insignia Fire TV? We currently have both, but we cannot get the TV remote to operate the volume for the soundbar. This seems odd since they are both Insignia.”

• This soundbar works for most TVs. Use the TV remote to control the TV and the Soundbar remote to control the Soundbar.

• I also have an Insignia tv and my remote does not work with the Soundbar. The instructions are not clear. I actually cannot find any reference how to make it work in the instructions, only that it will.

• I have a vizio tv and soundbar and found out how to manage this. I'm not sure if it is the same with insignia, but check the audio settingss of the TV and see if there's any option about volume control and devices.
