“I bought this soundbar about 2 months ago. Just recently when I connect it to my iphone's bluetooth it will only play the max volume that my phone goes versus the soundbar. It will not allow me to increase the volume on the remote, but I can lower it help”

First turn your phone sound to the lowest setting. Then Turn sound bar to the highest setting. Once you are there, when you turn your phone up, the sound bar will go up
