Yes, this digital amplifier is compatible with the Vizio Smart TV model D32f-F1.

I’d say yes, mine works with a cheap Westinghouse, non smart. I’d say if you have an audio input it will work. I just plugged mine into the headphone port and it worked, but there are other options, such as coaxial etc
