Probably NOT , since this device acts a Bluetooth RECIEVER not Transmitter such as a phone. the signal processed via this device is recieved through ONE OF TWO CABLE CONNECTIONS. RCA( analog ) OR DIGITAL OPTICAL .

The speaker can only receive bluetooth and not transmit, so it cannot send sound to your bluetooth headphone. Plus, this speaker does not have any output options, input only. If you must have bluetooth output from your TV to your headphones, you can spend $10 on a bluetooth transmitter (most are battery operated, so be prepared to keep charging this transmitter) and connect it to your analog out of your TV.
