• It depends on how you hook up the RCA source. Many TV's have a variable audio output and this will change the soundbar sound level at the same as the TV. Some TV's have a fixed/variable choice in the TV menu under audio.

• Once you connect the sound bar, the TV Audio is routed to the Sound Bar only. and with the Sound bar remote control, you will have 3 Output types of sound, and of course, you could move up & down your decibels.
