“I just bought an Insignia Mini. I have it attached to the tv with an optical cable, and it works great. But when I connect to Netflix, I can't get any sound out of the soundbar. What the heck am I doing wrong?”

Check the output on your tv when you switch to Netflix, may be on tv speakers only. You will have to make sure the optical speaker external speakers is clicked on your tv menu.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That's weird because I access Netflix fine with mine. I use a standard cord instead of optical because the optical kept cutting out. Try when accessing Netflix switching to the RCA cable if it persists. Just a suggestion.
