• It is not with your speaker or remote--you have the closed caption button on your tv remote on.

• Hi Mari, Thank you very much for purchasing our Sound bar. Based on the description you provided it seems like your TV's CVAA is turned on and that is why it keeps reading out loud the titles. As this is not a feature included on your Sound bar I strongly recommend that you contact your TV manufacturer to get help turning CVAA off. Arely R. - Insignia Support
