The manual for your RCA television states that your model has 1 optical audio output; therefore, it should work with this Insignia Soundbar. You will need to acquire an optical audio cable of sufficient length to connect to the soundbar. Set your television audio to PCM mode (this adjustment is automatically set on mine whenever I select the soundbar) and select input 1 on the soundbar. My bedroom is 14X20 and this soundbar is an affordable upgrade for a large bedroom.

I can tell you in the box there are 2 different types of cords to attach to the t.v the old traditional ones (stereo like) red and white plug and a current type plug for newest t.v's also bluetooth able....I hope this helps you.
